Solution

WCS fully audited the accounts, pricing structure, contract performance and staff ability and duties. It was identified that profit per project was key to the business success, as a result WCS developed pricing and job tools and training thereon. As a result the ability to track costs through proactive planning and swift action, has enabled 1st Scaffolding to increase profits without affecting the companies integrity or profile.
